Clare has over 15 years’ experience in delivering business change in large Blue Chip organisations as well as smaller firms. Through Business Jigsaw, she helps clients bring their strategies to life and improve business performance.
A specialist in customer relationship management (CRM), Clare has particular expertise in aligning diverse teams behind a new way of working. Her experience as a senior manager in British Airways and Telewest Broadband as Head of CRM provides a strong track record in managing change and leading teams to deliver outstanding customer service in complex commercial organisations.
Since establishing Business Jigsaw in 2003, she has worked with small and medium sized businesses, public sector, voluntary sector and public sector organisations as well as Blue Chip firms. Recent clients include Vodafone UK, NHS, Quarriers and Business Gateway.
